Our board consists of individuals from many local professional industries and have the shared goal of keeping KIND’s mission in tact and providing the best guidance and support possible to the staff members and patients. Each board member brings a unique perspective to KIND and is committed to growing support throughout the local community.

  • Kerrie Bunce

    Kerrie is a Colorado native, born and raised in Centennial, CO. She became a KIND Board of Trustee member in August 2014. Kerrie has actively participated in many KIND events over the past 5 years as a sponsor and volunteers her time for annual KIND events. Kerrie has worked with hundreds of dental practices in Colorado financing acquisitions, expansions, re locations and equipment. She has worked in the financial industry for the past 11 years and has always specialized in commercial lending, business banking and practice finance. She has spent most of her career working with dentists as a trusted advisor and partner. Recently, Kerrie joined UMB Bank and is currently a Vice President - Senior Relationship Officer with the Business Banking division.

  • Gina Olberding
    Board Member

    Gina Olberding is the Population Health Management Specialist at Pinnacol Assurance, focusing on health and wellness for Colorado workers. Prior to this role, she worked as a Program Manager in Patient Safety and Risk Management at COPIC Insurance.
    Gina initially became involved with KIND as a volunteer and joined the Board in 2013. She served as the Board Secretary from January 2014-January 2016. Gina is passionate about oral health as an important part of a person’s overall health and well-being.

  • Dr. Jennifer Thompson
    Board Member

    Dr. Jennifer L. Thompson is a native of Colorado. She grew up in Colorado Springs and received her BS in biology and DDS degrees from The Ohio State University. After attending a one-year General Practice Residency at the VA Hospital in Denver, Colorado, and two years of general practice focused on pediatrics, Dr. Jenn began her formal training in pediatric dentistry.
    Dr. Jenn received her Certificate in Pediatric Dentistry from Temple University Hospital. She was selected as Chief Resident during her second year and received the Richard C. Pugh Award for scoring in the top 3% of the national written board exam. In September 2011, she passed her oral boards and is now a Diplomate of the American Board of Pediatric Dentistry.
    Licensed to practice in Colorado, Dr. Jenn is Board Certified by The American Board of Pediatric Dentistry. She holds her Moderate Sedation License by the State of Colorado. She is also a member of the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry (AAPD), American Dental Association (ADA), Colorado Academy of Pediatric Dentistry (COAPD), Colorado Dental Association (CDA) and the Metro Denver Dental Society (MDDS).
    Dr. Jenn is an ardent sports fan – especially football and tennis. She enjoys traveling our country and the world to explore different cultures. She loves the outdoors and is an avid hiker and skier and also enjoys running.

  • Rudy Wolf
    Co-Vice President

    Rudy Wolf is the Regional Manager of Henry Schein Dental in the Rocky Mountain Region. He has been with Henry Schein for 6 years and relocated to the Denver area a little over 2 years ago from Chicago. Through Henry Schein, Rudy is very involved in non-profits and philanthropy work in the community. He currently sits on the Board of KIND, Dental Lifeline Network, and assists with TeamSmile and dental missions trips. He currently resides in Castle Rock with his wife Lauren, and their two daughters, Maya and Cora.

  • Eric Swick

    Eric has over 33 years of accounting and financial management experience in both the private and public sector. He is a licensed CPA in the State of Colorado. He received his B.S. in Accounting in 1979 from the State University of New York at Fredonia. Upon graduation Eric began his career with Ralston Purina Company, where he spent seventeen years in various roles with increasing responsibilities. In 1996 he joined Coors Brewing Company where he was Director of Finance for over four and a half years. In January of 2001 Eric purchased Chamberlin and Company, an accounting and tax practice that works with small business owners and specializes in the foodservice/restaurant industry.

    With Eric’s acquisition of Chamberlin & Company in 2001, which is now known as Swick & Associates, P.C., he has been able to apply much of his experience and knowledge gained in corporate America in assisting his small business clients. The focus for his firm is providing superior customer service, while leveraging the latest technology and assisting his clients to improve their profitability.

    Eric has been active in youth programs such as Junior Achievement, soccer and swimming. He has also volunteered time to the American Diabetes Association and the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation. He currently is a board member for the non-profit KIND (Kids In Need of Dentistry). His other interests include running, hiking, road biking, skiing and golf.

  • Caitlyn Fagan
    Past President

    Raised in Santa Fe, New Mexico, Caitlyn has always had a passion for giving back and helping people. She went to school at the University of Miami, where after receiving an award for excellence in advertising, graduated cum laude with a dual degree in advertising and sociology. Immediately after moving to Colorado she became involved in various charity work, including Big Brothers Big Sisters of Colorado and the Denver Rescue Mission.

    In 2011 she became a member of Colorado American Marketing Association and in December of 2012 Caitlyn joined the team at Zenman as well as the board of directors for KIND, eventually being elected president in 2014. Her choices in her career as well as her personal life directly reflect Caitlyn's kind, giving nature. She feels fortunate to be involved with such wonderful people, and hopes her skill set can affect positive change.

  • Paul Luchau
    Board Member

    Born in Rochester Minnesota
    Graduated from Mayo H.S. in 1979
    Attended the University of Minnesota, graduated in 1983 with a degree in Business and a minor in Economics. Played Varsity Golf for 4 years while at the U. Was a teammate of Tom Lehman’s for 3 years (the 2006 Ryder Cup Captain).
    Got involved in Mortgage Banking in 1985. Held various positions, such as loan originator, branch manager, regional manager, regional vice-president and president.
    Departed mortgage banking in the spring of 2000 and went to work as an independent Financial Representative for Foster Klima & Co. Have since moved to Colorado Financial Group.
    Am a Qualifying and Life member of the Million Dollar Round Table (MDRT).
    50% owner of Blue-Luck LLC, a real estate investment and management firm.
    Married to wife Caren 25 years and have three daughters, ages 20, 22, 23.
    Hobbies include spending time with family, golf, skiing, boxing, long walks with my wife and traveling.

  • Jordan Avillar

    “Jordan Alvillar grew up in Grand Junction and received her BS in Advertising from Northern Arizona University. She came back to Colorado shortly after graduation, settling in Denver, Colorado. Jordan is an alumni of Delta Delta Delta sorority and believes her involvement in the sorority’s philanthropy fueled her passion for youth centric nonprofits. Jordan went on to work for Girl Scouts of Colorado in marketing and product sales for 2.5 years, giving her great experience in nonprofit management and operations. Jordan now works as an Account Manager for Pac/West Communications, one of the strongest full-service communications firms in the country. Jordan is thrilled to be serving on the KIND Board of Directors and can’t wait to see the organization continue to thrive.”

    As a Small Business Banking Specialist for Commerce Bank, Ellie energetically serves her clients with over a decade of financial experience, a master’s degree in business administration, and a can-do attitude. She is a trusted partner and source of financial expertise for her clients, assisting with needs ranging from business transaction accounts, specialty products to small business lending. While she loves helping business owners from any profession, she specializes in helping veterinarians, dentists, and medical professionals uncover ways to improve their practices’ unique financial positions and with both excellent service and competitive pricing. She also advises on day-to-day personal and business financial needs for her clients, with concerns such as residential mortgage loans, budgeting, new and refinanced loans, student banking, or starting a new business with the right banking relationship and business partners.
    Ellie’s community involvement is an asset to both her clients and community through service and connection; she is the Board President-Elect for KIND (Kids in Need of Dentistry),a member of the Rocky Mountain Veterinary Professionals, as well as the founder and past-president of the DTC Young Pros, and a volunteer with Freedom Service Dogs of America. Her enthusiastic leadership, creativity, and enterprising spirit position her as a “go-to” resource, as she seeks unique solutions that meet the equally unique needs of her clients. She tries to embody the Commerce Bank mission everyday of “Ask, Listen, Solve”.

  • Greg Sherwood
    Board Member

    Greg is President and Chief Executive Officer of DBC Digital (formerly Denver Business Centers), a strategic marketing firm with expertise with B2B companies helping to build stronger brand awareness, customer engagement and revenue.

    Greg was previously National Executive Vice President of a global B2B firm. Prior to that, he was its Chief Marketing Officer (CMO). DBC Digital is the only marketing company in the Denver area that has a former Chief Marketing Officer as its CEO.

    Greg is a featured writer, speaker and panelist on topics that include strategic marketing, content marketing, direct mail, social marketing and innovation.

    DBC Digital advises and assists clients in creating strategic marketing plans as well as provides expertise in inbound/internet/web marketing, direct mail marketing, graphic design, web design, print, email and social media.

    Dr. Elizabeth Crespi is originally from Long Island, NY, but now calls Colorado home. Dr. Crespi recently started her own practice, Sunrise Pediatric Dentistry, here in Denver and enjoys working with children everyday! She graduated from the University of Michigan with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Biology. She attended Rutgers School of Dental Medicine, where she earned her DMD degree in 2009, graduating with high honors and placing third in her graduating class. Dr. Crespi was inducted into the prestigious Omicron Kappa Upsilon National Dental Honor Society based upon scholarship and character in the dental profession. Dr. Crespi went on to complete her residency at Stony Brook University in Long Island, NY, and is board certified in pediatric dentistry. As a board member for KIND, Dr. Crespi brings with her a passion for helping underserved children and helping them find a dental home.
